In any net sum positive gain, people are going to lose who move up against it. That doesn't mean those individual necessarily get squashed in the debate, it just depends upon the issue at hand. When it comes to illegal immigration issue, you'll lose every time. When it comes to illegal immigration, it's a estimated two billion dollar loss to taxpayers, but comes down to an eleven billion plus gain to social security after they deduct that two billion from their coffers. That's just social security, it doesn't even touch the funds left in federal, state and city coffers from unclaimed taxes, which after three years no one files for, they get to keep, and this year that sum is estimated at over a billion dollars on the federal level alone, and that amount of money just doesn't come at the hands of Americans themselves not filing taxes. Those refunds are due to the lower income brackets, estimated to be between 627 to 786 dollars in federal returns, most lower income brackets can't afford to let that kind of money just fly out the window, especially when they get it back plus some than they paid in if they have child deductions, which can range as high as $6,935 dollars depending upon how many dependents they have. Now you can see when it comes to filing taxes, how illegal immigrants are a tremendous net gain to federal, state and local governments, so let's move on to yet another topic.
Population demographics end up determining how much each states and district gets a piece of the federal pie for various different reasons, could be schools, could be medical services, could be grow management and planning, it could be just about for any given reason. There is also the power structure of control, who gets the most seats in an election, how districts are divided up to try balance out that control. That is why the current battle over requiring proof of citizenship comes in. It isn't to deny or make it hard on citizens to vote, it's to identify and stop those using social security numbers illegally from voting. Now I know at this point people will start to argue the issue, that issue is it's never been proven in any significant numbers it's happening. I might add, afterall, that's the position they want everyone to be in, and I'll explain why later. There's estimated to be twenty to thirty million illegal immigrants in the country, depending on whose stats you want to rely on for an answer, and it's even possible there are more than that. Now, if we take the number of illegal immigrants who do file for a temporary pin to file their taxes, which averages between four to five million, and we know there's a range of about one million individuals who didn't file taxes. that leaves millions more that no one has any idea who they are, running around using social security numbers illegally to work in this country. That number a few years back was estimated at nearly 40 million stolen social security numbers.
Nearly 40 million Social Security numbers have been stolen and used by illegal immigrants and others to get work, according to agency records obtained by an immigration reform group.
The Immigration Reform Law Institute said that from 2012 to 2016 there were “39 million instances where names and Social Security numbers on W-2 tax forms did not match the corresponding Social Security records.”
That's a solid number. How do we know that? Because, up until Obama, the IRS was required to inform employers by letter that the social security number did not match the person's identity who filed the taxes.
Their report draws attention to a move by former President Barack Obama to stop sending so-called “no match” letters to employers notifying them that numbers used by employees on the wage forms do not match their identity.
The change followed the president’s decision to approve amnesty for some 700,000 younger immigrants let into the U.S. under his Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Some of those have been dubbed “dreamers.”
If we take the 2012 through 2016 stats, that equals out to an average of nine point seventy five millions times a year that records were crossed checked by the IRS and found not to be the illegal holder of the social security number. At least not until Obama put an end to the IRS sending out the notice letters to the employers. If all the consequences ever faced was getting told by your employer they have to let you go because of the letter, that's why you never heard about it, if courts were being backlogged with charges of fraudulent tax filings by illegal immigrants, you'd heard about it, because that would amount to chances of to many in the court systems noticing and bringing it to the attention of others, and it would also put in dent in the sum positive game coffers prosecuting so many cases. They want you to argue over the negative sum of two billions dollars that's enabling them to keep the positive sum game hidden.
Just think about the overwhelming aspect that nearly forty million people over a four year period didn't fear any repercussions other than the loss of a job who were brazenly unafraid to file a tax return using a stolen/bought social security number, and imagine the increase in that number now they don't even have to fear losing their jobs by receiving a patty slap written letter their employer received from the IRS.
What we can gain from this, is there is a small portion of illegals in this country who will get a TIN to file a tax return, around five million of them. That leaves a population triple, quadruple that number who don't, and work in this country with no repercussions, and no system cross checking, that helps lead to that federal thirteen billion dollar plus positive gain into social security, into their coffers whether they do or don't file. That's just a level that can't be trusted because its a level of dishonesty that incentivizes a dishonest systems that lacks accountability. Our voting system is based upon the same incentives, it lacks accountability because it incentivizes the system to ignore any level of dishonesty. If you are ignoring the loophole, you are incentivized by the loophole.
People who think passing the save America act is going to work to any greater degree to keep people from voting in the elections who shouldn't be, the passing is going to be fraught in its own type of gerrymandering issues, running an individual through the system will require they be run through in batches of registered voters, and again, the cards (batches) will be stacked/eliminated in favor of one party over the other because a system based on net positives gain wins is a system fraught with fraud and deception. Deportation is a net zero sum game, and the only ones who will be deported are the ones who are a net zero sum gain to the system, the criminals. Keeping the issue alive through debates is just another net gain positive in funding for border patrol and national security. It's not even worth the breath exhaled as the end game will be the largest positive sum gain in American history in decades, when they reach the day they can eliminate social security altogether, and that game isn't being played in the favor of the next generations that come.

Claim deadline for $1.2B in tax refunds from 2022 nearing, IRS warns
(NEXSTAR) – An estimated $1.2 billion in federal tax refunds remain unclaimed for tax year 2022, and the deadline for taxpayers to collect is fast-approaching, the IRS has warned.
The funds are estimated to belong to over 1.3 million people who did not file their federal income tax return in 2023 (for the 2022 tax year). The estimated median refund is $686, meaning half the refunds are worth even more.
That doesn’t account for the additional tax credits filers may have qualified for in the 2022 tax year, like the Earned Income Tax Credit. At the time, the credit was worth up to $6,935 for tax filers with qualifying children.
IRS data shows California (143,200) and Texas (126,000) have the most individuals who have yet to file their 2022 taxes, totalling roughly $124.7 million and $111.7 million in unclaimed refunds, respectively. The median unclaimed refunds are highest in Massachusetts at $786, followed closely by $784 in Hawaii.
The interactive map below shows the median potential tax refund by state, as well as the estimated number of residents who have yet to file their 2022 taxes and the state’s sum of unclaimed refunds for the tax year.
According to the IRS, taxpayers usually have three years to file and claim their refund. Left unclaimed, the funds go to the U.S. Treasury.
If you believe you’re owed a refund for tax year 2022, the IRS recommends tracking down copies of the documents you may need, using its Get Transcript Online tool, or completing a Form 4506-T to get the information you need to file. The IRS says tax forms for previous years can also be found online.
You have until April 15 to submit your tax return.
Even if you are owed a tax refund in 2022, it may be withheld if you haven’t filed your 2023 and 2024 tax returns or used to pay amounts you owe the IRS or state agencies. It may also be used for unpaid child support, student loan debt, or other overdue federal debts.
If you want to receive any tax return as fast as possible and without a temporary freeze, the IRS recommends including your direct deposit information.
