It’s been three days since I’ve set the intention of getting back into the Buddha mode, “the zone”, a state of pure inspiration. I see progress!

I feel a distinct change in my overall state of being, although it still wagers easily. I’m focusing mostly on creating a habit of thinking about this. Some might call it mindfulness. I haven’t studied the concept of mindfulness much but it does sound wuite similar. The main difference from what I know of mindfulness is the focus on the inter connectivity of all things.
Redirect my focus away from my thoughts and on to the effortlessness of “just being”
Recognize this pure beingness as my self, not the mental chatter
Bring my attention back to the earch for this pure beingness in everything around me
Realize that we are all one and sit on that for a while.
Bliss can come quickly or it can take time, but it always seems to come.
Everything else is melts away, I am pulled back into the present moment where I can see everything with more clarity. The ego has nothing left to fuel it’s fire.
Pure bliss is a superpower we all have, it just takes a bit of practice and focus.
