Somebody teach me how to ask for delegations. A lot of people like me can't get delegated SP even after paying to 
but on the other hand there are so many good people who already have more than 100,000SP and is still getting more and more SP delegated.. and those people are still asking to get more.

So, I was wondering how I can get some of those free delegations?
Should I plant a tree and upload photos of it and say please delegate 10,000 SP so that we could pay the water bill?
Or, should I kill some blood sucking mosquitoes and upload photos and say please delegate me 20,000 SP so that we can buy mosquito spray and protect the blood of people and other animals from this insect that only drinks/eats blood as their only source of food?
Oh Please! Somebody just teach me the technique.. I see so many Steemit tutorials but how come there is no tutorials made yet on how to ask and get delegated SP without the need for any payment.
