Now I'm hoping to start a true debate. Is it right for illegal aliens to be allowed to stay in a country just because they have started a family?
My position is simple, illegal entry is just that. I don't care if it takes them years to find you and you now have grand children. You entered illegally and should be sent back if caught. Unless you fall under asylum rules. O my country is poor we are suffering from hunger. Well most don't know it, but all foreigners who come to the U.S. pay no taxes for 10 years. Just stretch that out to how many homeless and starving we already have, and these were born here, those non collected taxes may decrease homelessness, improve schools.
They want to make a public display hoping that all these torn apart families will be allowed to stay. I DON'T GIVE A FUCK HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THE LAW YOU BREAK IT YOU PAY THE PENALTY.
Someone asked how would i feel if it were my relatives or if it happened to me. Well it has and my position is the same. NO ILLEGAL ENTRY. It just too much of a burden on the economic structure. The illegal population has made it very difficult to make it. Most need 2 jobs to keep the roof over there heads. And lets not forget they openly work for less thus diluting our dollar more and more with the constant growth of the illegal population. Now i could post the numbers to support this but that information is out of the scope of this personal rant on illegals in the U.S.
Tell me what you think. Keep in mind this is to build conscience debate. Not emotionally driven arguments.
Main topics of debate:
- Should illegals be allowed to stay?
- Has the economic ramifications of illegals been studied?
- Have you experienced a deportation of a relative for illegal entry.
- Should laws be changed to allow illegals to stay.
- Is it right(morally or otherwise) to split up a family with deportation.
