I made the 3D design of this house about 6 months ago. The house was designed by a businessman. I don't design floor plans that much but this design was planned by me and one of my classmates. It was not that difficult because I made the plan on a beautiful land. This is no crooked land. The land in perfect shape is inside the village. A beautiful house was planned. But after making the floor plan, the client refused. He gave several reasons as reasons, none of which we believed.
Anyway, last night my classmate called me and said that the client wants the plan of this house again. The work was done a long time ago so I don't have the floor plan. And luckily I have the 3D design of it. So I sat down at night and rendered some samples of them. To show the client.
Anyway let's talk a little about the design. The design is a very simple two storied house. The rectangular shape of the land is very large in length but a little less in width, so a unit plan has been made here. And the client will just make it for his family members. But we were planning that he can separate it if he wants in future. So we kept its stairs aside instead of in the middle. There is also a room next to the stairs, the landlord can rent it out to students if the planning is modified.
However, the design doesn't look bad at all to me. It looks very realistic after rendering. Let's see what finally happens.
