Innsbruck, the capital of the province Tyrol in Austria, is a popular winter sports centre in the Alps. Where the city once ended is now the city centre, there was built the Triumphal Gate in 1765. Maria Theresien Strasse, named after the Austrian Empress, is the beautiful shopping street and promenade in Innsbruck.
