Schopf-Tintling ■ Shaggy ink cap
Coprinus comatus
Auf meinen Touren im vergangenen Jahr, konnte ich diesen Pilz an vielen Stellen entlang der Waldwege finden. So lange der Hut noch geschlossen ist, kann man den Pilz essen. Ich habe ihn schon probiert, sammle ihn jedoch nicht als Speisepilz. Als Fotomotiv ist er mir auf jeden Fall willkommen. Ganz besonders natürlich, wenn er sich in so vorteilhaftem Licht präsentiert.
On my tours last year I could find this mushroom in many places along the forest paths. As long as the hat is still closed you can eat the mushroom. I have already tried it, but I do not collect it as an edible mushroom. As a photo motive it is welcome to me in any case. Especially when it presents itself in such a favourable light.

Specht-Tintling ■ Magpie fungus
Coprinopsis picacea
Im Gegensatz zum Schopftintling ist der Specht-Tintling ungenießbar. Leider kann ich diesen Pilz nur selten finden. Er ist eine echte Rarität und ich besitze nur wenig gute Bilder von diesem Pilz. Gefunden habe ich ihn an einem Südhang zum Maintal in einem Licht durchfluteten Buchenwald. Als ich ein paar Tage später zu dieser Stelle zurück kam, waren sie alle verschwunden.
In contrast to the Shaggy ink cap, the Magpie fungus is inedible. Unfortunately I can rarely find this mushroom. It is a real rarity and I have only few good pictures of this mushroom. I found it on a southern slope to the Main valley in a light-flooded beech forest. When I came back to this place a few days later, they had all disappeared.

Eines haben die beiden Pilze gemeinsam, sie wachsen schnell und lösen sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit in schwarzer Flüssigkeit auf. Sie schmelzen praktisch wie ein Eis in der Sonne🌞
The two fungi have one thing in common, they grow quickly and dissolve in black liquid within a very short time. They practically melt like ice in the sun🌞
