Then devolop a council of, I don't know 60 or 80 witnesses in rotation, that decide if someone gets banned for a certain time or for all time. Or develop a HIVE-pool for amounts over 200 or whatever bucks... There are 1000000 concepts.... I just farted two in 10 seconds !!!! DOWNVOTES ARE NO OPTION !!!!!
