Sauerampfer ist Aufgrund seiner lanzenförmigen Blätter
einem kriegerischen Gott wie Thor geweiht , obwohl ich
die Vermutung habe , dass Freya auch ihre Finger mit dabei
hatte :-)) . Bis zum Jahre 772 , als Karl der (damals noch
nicht ganz große) die Irminsul (ein Heiligtum der Sachsen)
Aufgrund von Holzmangel in seinem Schloß zerhacken ließ ,
hieß die Pflanze nur "Ampfer" und galt als Beschützer der
Irminsul . Aber als er das hörte da wurde er "sauer" ,
