Servus miteinander!
Nach langer, langer Zeit darf ich mich endlich wieder zurück melden. Fürs bloggen blieb in den vergangenen Monaten wenig Zeit, so dass mein letzter Beitrag bereits vom Juli des Vorjahres stammt. Dieser Durststrecke setzte ich nun ein Ende und zeige euch eine kleine Zusammenfassung meiner neuen Leidenschaft.

After a long, long time I may finally report back. For blogging remained little time in the past months, so that my last contribution already dates from July last year. This dry spell I now put an end and show you a small summary of my new passion.
In der Vorsaison legte ich mir ein Skitourenset zu, um meine beiden Leidenschaften, das Wandern und das Skifahren zu vereinen. Ich hatte von Beginn an riesen Spaß daran und konnte mittlerweile schon einige Gipfel besteigen und deren Hänge befahren. Nachdem aktuell der Frühling kräftig Einzug hält, schmilzt auch die Schneedecke langsam vor sich hin. Die Saison neigt sich dem Ende zu und ich möchte zum Abschluss nochmals die besten Eindrücke des vergangenen Winter mit euch teilen.
In the preseason I bought a ski touring set to combine my two passions, hiking and skiing in one. I had a lot of fun right from the start and have already climbed a few peaks and skied their slopes. Now spring has arrived and the snow cover is slowly melting away. The season is coming to an end and I would like to share the best impressions of the past winter with you.
Das Tourengehen ist eine extrem entspannende Aktivität. Auch wenn das Aufsteigen durchaus sehr mühsam und anstrengend sein kann, ist man abseits des Trubels in der puren Natur meist völlig alleine und ungestört unterwegs. Die rythmischen Schritte im Schnee haben beinahe eine medidative Wirkung, dazu kommt das traumhafte Panorama und die frische Alpenluft, welche die Sinne eindrucksvoll stimulieren.
Skiouring is an extremely relaxing activity. Even if the ascent can be quite tiring and exhausting, you are away from the hustle and bustle in pure nature mostly completely alone and undisturbed. The rhythmic steps in the snow have almost a meditative effect, plus the dreamlike panorama and the fresh alpine air, which impressively stimulate the senses.
In der freien Natur ist natürlich immer große Vorsicht geboten. Wie man sich denken, kann ist das größte Risiko natürlich die stets präsente Lawinengefahr. Ausnahmslos bin ich immer mit LVS-Suchgerät, Schaufel und Sonde unterwegs. Bei jeder Ausfahrt wird selbstverständlich auch der aktuelle Lawinenbericht gecheckt. Natürlich gibt es Routen und Berge, wo die Gefahr aufgrund der geologischen bzw. natürlichen Verhältnissen (flache Hänge, viel Wald etc.) eingeschränkt ist. Aber umso steiler und freier die Fläche wird, desto mehr Vorsicht ist geboten.
In the great outdoors, of course, great caution is always required. As you can imagine, the greatest risk is of course the ever-present avalanche danger. Without exception, I am always on the road with avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe. On every outing, of course, the current avalanche report is also checked. Of course, there are routes and mountains where the danger is limited due to geological or natural conditions (flat slopes, a lot of forest, etc.). But the steeper and freer the area becomes, the more caution is required.
Ich hoffe ich konnte euch einige tolle Eindrücke vermitteln und freue mich auf euer Feedback. In den kommenden Wochen möchte ich wieder etwas aktiver sein, die nächsten Abenteuer welche in Schrift und Bild verfasst werden möchten, sind bereits in Planung.
