Hive account@valueplan.
Just to contextualize a bit, Hive account@valueplan is a project/group of DHF proposals owned by 5 users,

Hive account@blocktrades, 
Hive account@crimsonclad, 
Hive account@smooth or 
Hive account@theycallmedan where 3 of them ( Hive account@blocktrades, Hive account@smooth and Hive account@theycallmedan) alone, have HP almost enough to approve a DHF proposal.
For those who don't know, in 2022 Hive account@valueplan got from DHF 400k HBD, the biggest amount for a DHF proposal.

My questions
- Who decide to give a lot of money to a rally car (
Hive account@ssekulji) that didn't compete yet? where are the competitions and what exposure that competitions will have? what is the expect return? what are the guarantees that the car will compete?
- Why
Hive account@hivecreators (a projet that already received in 2022 about 17k HBD from DHF) integration on valueplan? To make graphics? Why transfers from Hive account@valueplan to individual users for graphics to CBW when there are Hive account@hivecreators project?
- Why there are transfers from Hive account@hivecreators to CBW event and at same time also from Hive account@valueplan?
- Why there are transfers to SWC event from Hive account@hivecreators and at same time also from Hive account@valueplan?
- How much it effectively costs to DHF the CBW event, more than HiveFest? what is the return to Hive Ecosystem?
- How much it costs to DHF the SWC event and what is the return to Hive Ecosystem?
I guess if you go to the Hive account@valueplan outgoing transfers you might found to yourself some more questions about why and how the DHF funds are being used
You might want to read @cryptosimplify/transparency-on-hive-dhf-funds, it have detailed info of some projects supported by Hive account@valueplan and made some interesting questions and opinions.
To finalize
Hive account@valueplan also support for example Ghana Wells that I have no questions because it's all clear and the objectives they set themselves are very well detailed to the entire community as you can see in the posts of 
Hive account@mcsamm that I support 100%.
I could keep posting Hive graphics as usual and have fun, completely ignore this questions, don't touch with the users I mention here and maybe upset them, but community funds are much much more important than me and I simply can't ignore this questions and I really have these questions.
