Tell me what annoys you, and i'll tell you what you are avoiding. Those noises, eye sores, nerve pinches, and drivers are all telling you something. But what? Look at your annoyances? Is there a pattern? Are they caused by a particular person or situation?
Annoyances often speak of our fears, insecurities, and judgements. Next time something grates on your nerves, look it straight on. Are you annoyed at yourself, because you should be in a different situation? Is this annoyance showing you a part of yourself that needs to be strengthened? Does that noise or chewing or offensive hair mean that perhaps you need to let go of your "should's"? Listen to your annoyances, it has to do more with you than with the annoyer.
