When searching the mandalas in our app store, we found a diversity of them, there were some that had background music to relax the user and others had other types of drawings as animals. The app that we use was the following:
We chose Coloring Book because of the diversity of drawings to color, besides calling our attention the image they have of an owl, which was the first thing we proceeded to color, putting all our concentration, we achieved the following:

We invite you to follow this anti-stress project, for us it was a great experience, there was a moment that we concentrated so much that passed the time so fast that we did not realize, we loved it and we believe to continue practicing this type of art.
