How are you doing, fellow Rising Star members? I'm fine here. Well, my visit to the community today is to show you a new drawing I made. I used the tambourine from the i112 Rattle Drum card as an example. I had a lot of fun making this drawing. I hope you also enjoy seeing how I made it. You already saw a preview on the cover; now I'll show you how I did it.
As on other occasions, I started by making the card frame. As you can see, it consists of two frames. This is arguably the simplest and quickest part of the entire drawing.
The next thing I did in the drawing was to draw the circular part of the tambourine, including part of its neck. Then I drew the handle below the neck. It turned out like this.
As you can see above, I then made the tambourine handle. I was almost finished, but it still needed a few details. And that's exactly what I did, as you can see below. I added dividers to the handle and attached the two strings with the little balls at the ends. This was the final result.
The next step was to draw all the outlines. I started by drawing the frame, then the interior parts of the background, and finally the tambourine itself. I'm leaving you with several example screenshots.
To conclude, friends, I'll show you the final result with all the details of the original card added. As you can see, I added the card's name and other aesthetic details. Enjoy. See you next time.
