Thank you for joining me once again, fellow players and colleagues from Rising Star, to check out one of my new drawings. Today's piece features another spectacular microphone from the game's "Common" section. I'm nearing the end of my series dedicated to the microphones in this category, so this is one of the final entries. So, please enjoy taking a look at it today. For this occasion, I chose card i118, which features the DJ 10 model.
This is a very handsome microphone, thanks to its combination of gray and black tones, along with a blue stripe that gives it a very elegant look. In this post, I’ll walk you through the entire drawing process, from start to finish. To begin, I first sketched out what would serve as the inner frame. Here is how it turned out:

After creating the frame, I drew the microphone's handle—you know, the part that is used in real life to hold the mic or to mount it on a stand or tripod so the singer doesn't have to hold it in their hands. Once the handle was done, I drew the spherical head on top of it, capturing its distinctive shape. I left a few small protrusions on the sphere, as I planned to use them in the next step to guide the details I would draw inside it.

Following the previous step, I used those protrusions I had sketched earlier to create several dividing lines inside the sphere. These lines segment the microphone into various distinct zones. This proves very useful during the coloring stage because—as I’ve mentioned in previous posts—each zone is painted a different color, and these internal divisions provide me with a great deal of guidance. Take a look at how it turned out:

Now comes the coloring stage. For this step, rather than giving you a step-by-step written account of exactly how I painted it, I’ll simply show you the sequence in which I worked through a series of screenshots below. It’s much more fun to watch the process than to read about it! I’ll just say that I was really pleased with the final result. Here are the photos:

And, to put the finishing touches on it, I added a few final details—such as the name of the game and the name of the card—and with that, the drawing was complete! What did you think? I would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you very much for your attention; blessings to all.
