Hello everyone, today I'm going to show you the drawing I made of the i143 Purple Mic card. As you can see, it's a cute purple microphone, just like the name suggests. It has a classic design similar to the ones I've done recently. You already saw a preview of how it turned out when I finished it on the cover, but now I'm also going to show you the whole process, so if you want to be entertained, watch all the steps to the end.
I started the drawing by making the inner frame of the card. Like yesterday, I used a similar design today. This frame has flat sides, not curved ones. I'm using it now because, as I mentioned yesterday, it gives the drawing a new feel. It doesn't have to be exactly like the card, since this is fan art, and the idea is to create a drawing with my own design ideas. I hope to continue learning and improving so I can bring you more beautiful drawings in the future. The frame turned out like this.
Once I finished that, I drew what would be the microphone handle, and then its top part. I always call that part the "ball" where you sing, haha. It's a funny way to refer to it; I'm sure its real name is more technical.
Once I had that ready, I moved on to drawing the cable protrusion and the connector that attaches it to the microphone below the handle. I also drew some lines inside the outline that divide the drawing into sections. That's how the finished sketch looked.
Now comes the most fun part: the painting. But I'm not going to bore you by telling you everything I did or in what order. I'm just going to show you the screenshots so you can see it for yourselves. The screenshots are in order, so you can see how I painted each part.
And to finish, here's the finished drawing. As you can see, I added the game and card names. See you tomorrow with a new drawing. Until then, have a blessed day!
