Blessings once again, everyone! I'm happy to present my drawing for today because it's of a special guitar, one of the legendary guitars in the game. It's the L144 Larz Arus. As you can see, it's a very beautiful guitar, and the card art is spectacular. But the most striking thing about this guitar is its design and shape. As you can see, it has a shape that breaks the mold of typical guitars; there's a reason it's among the legendary ones. It has a shape that reminds me of buffalo hide. What do you think it looks like? I'll be reading your responses.
Well, I started this guitar drawing by painting the card's frame, specifically the inner frame. This frame is made up of two semi-curved squares. They ended up like this:
Once I had that ready, I drew the guitar's neck, followed by the body of the instrument with its characteristic horn-like shape. It's quite curious; I'd never seen that design before. It was interesting to draw. See how both parts were coming along.
All that was left to do to finish the main sketch was add the headstock and its respective tuning pegs. With that, the main part was complete.
Now I could start painting. As you can see, I used an orange color for the background of the drawing. This color is a vibrant orange taken from the original chart using the eyedropper tool in the Windows Paint application. I also use this in Adobe and IbisPaint; it depends on which application I'm using that day, but they all have this tool for selecting colors from the original chart. After the background, I painted the frame light pink, and the interior background in various shades of blue. I took the liberty of adding stars to the background; I thought it would be interesting. Finally, I painted the guitar with its respective orange and light yellow colors.
In the next step, I added the frets on the neck, the fretboard, and other elements on the guitar body, such as the knobs and decorative details. With that, the guitar was finished. The strings were the last thing I added.
And to say goodbye, here's the finished drawing. See you in the next one. Thank you so much for viewing the drawing. Blessings to all.
