Blessings, everyone! This time I'm going to show you the drawing I made, taking inspiration from the R83 Lime Acoustic card from the game. As you can see, it's a very pretty guitar. It's apple green. That will also be the predominant color I use for both the background of the drawing and the guitar itself. I can tell you that the guitar has a classic design, following the style of Spanish guitars. Unlike the last ones I've done, this one isn't electric; it's acoustic. This means that the resonance of the strings comes from the hollow body.
You can see that hollow body in the middle of the guitar; it's its distinguishing feature compared to electric guitars, which simply don't need it. I prefer electric guitars; I love their sound. My two favorite instruments are the electric guitar and synthesizers. Even so, acoustic guitars are very beautiful too, and many people prefer them. There's actually some music that I personally like, featuring this type of classical guitar. I'll leave the video here so you can listen to it and hear what it sounds like.
Now let's get to the drawing, which I'm sure is what you're all eager to see. I started by drawing the inner frame of the card. It's slightly square. I'll draw the rest inside it in a moment. See how it's coming along.
After that, I drew the guitar's long neck with its characteristic elongated rectangular shape. Then I drew the guitar's body and part of the stand that holds it upright. In the card, that stand allows it to be displayed in that position. That also exists in real life, which is why I wanted to include it in the drawing as well.
For the details, I drew the upper part of the neck, including the headstock and tuning pegs, and the rest of the stand's legs. With that, the sketch is ready for painting. See how it turned out.
It's time to move on to the most fun part of the process: painting. I won't go through it step by step, but you can see it in detail in each of the following screenshots. There you can see how I painted each area. It was fun to do. Apple green was the predominant color. Here are the screenshots.
So, to finish up, I'll show you the final result with the last aesthetic details added. And with that, the drawing is finished. See you in the next one.
