Monday night. NOT writing in bed tonight because I THINK doing that has been messing up my sleep patterns... I get hyper-focused on ideas and editing, then my head stays on for HOURS after I hit "Publish." What I'm going to do now is write my sign-off post BEFORE getting ready for bed. Bed will be for sleep...
But I enjoy these end of the night posts, so I want to keep doing them...
Meanwhile, I DID do my morning freewrite. Here it is (three pages):

I also managed to make a PARTIAL "TO-DO" list, although I need to expand on it. Here's what I've got so far...
I do feel like I did some stuff today, some worthwhile actions. I didn't manage to implement last night's plan, completely, but I started. It's all an experiment to see if I can motivate myself to create, support other creative folks, try to keep my family and friends' spirits up, make enough money to pay bills and eat, give my daughters and my granddaughter as much help as I can, keep my wife as happy and entertained as possible, and stay alive...
I try. I'll keep trying... We keep keep keepin' on!
