you should contact Hive account@themarkymark and the victims league , all those accounts have had their delegation from steemit inc (for free accounts) withdrawn but if there's any left you should notify aforementioned people its a known problem that wont be fixed until negative voteweight is disabled

they pick random - its got nothing to do with anything you did, usually you get one or a few downvotes then they move on - thats why no onemakes much fuzz but if those things got to like 100SP non-delegated each it would be a problem indeed , i dont see them hate enough to put actual money in it though so far

which doesnt exclude that in the future, one millionnaire could (in theory) lock down all steemit accounts with one fat wallet full of SP at the moment but

the danger in this is that your enforcer faction would sooner move to allow blocking and disabling accounts than to disable negative voteweight (which to them = control) so beware and think before you start campaigning, truth tends to be a three-edged sword
