Every day you have a choice. You can make the decision to be disciplined in your life, but you can also decide to take the easy road.
It all comes down to our priorities. If you prioritize your health and your relationships and your financial success, then you’re going to see growth in those areas of your life.
On the other hand, if all you’re thinking about is the quick wins, instead of the long-term gains, you will end up burning out.
The key to being disciplined is to have clarity on what you want. If you don’t know what you want you’re never going to be disciplined to move towards it.
If you don’t have a plan in place helping you to reach toward your goals, then it’s just an empty dream. Discipline weighs ounces, regret weighs tons.
It’s much easier to be disciplined to take action in your life, then it is to look back on your deathbed to a life full of regrets. I am floor you today to take even the smallest action towards what you want.
We all have the power to decide how we want our life to turn out. We all can start today and make that shift in our minds first and then with our carried out actions.
Right now I am on my way to the gym to get a good workout in. I prioritize my body so that I can be healthy in order to perform at the highest level possible. You can’t impact others if you feel like crap every day.
