By taking moderate balanced diet and regular exercise, it is possible to preserve normal weight and get healthy body. Something to do -

► Avoid Hedley Drinks, Energy Drinks, Soft Drinks etc. The fear of thickening of any soft drink increases by 60 percent.
► Try to sleep adequately at night.
