One of my goals is to diversify and increase my income. At one point, my day job was 100% of my income. My goal is to replace that income, and through experience – I realized the key is to diversify my income. I am no expert and am not offering financial advice – just sharing methods I am using to diversify my income. For this post, I am going to concentrate on investments with dividends.
Recently, I invested in Fundrise which concentrates on real estate with quarterly dividends. Fundrise advertises 8.7 – 12.4% historical annual returns. So far this has been accurate for my investment. Not only do you get quarterly dividends, but the funds go up in value.
The mobile app Stash is a great way to invest in funds – specifically Delicious Dividends which pays out quarterly dividends. Not only do you get quarterly dividends, but the funds go up in value.
I believe blockchain technology is a technology of the future. This is one of several reasons I have invested in KuCoin Shares (KCS). Owning and holding a minimum of 6 KuCoin/KCS on the KuCoin cryptocurrency exchange in your wallet qualifies your account for a daily KuCoin Bonus. Plus I like the exchange. Not only do you get dailly dividends, but KCS could go up in value.
COSS is another cryptocurrency exchange with payouts for holding COSS tokens on the COSS exchange. Holding the COSS token provides weekly payouts to your COSS account wallet and the exchange is easy to navigate. Not only do you get weekly dividends, but the COSS token could go up in value.
These are dividend investments that have worked well for me. I wish you the best in your research to diversify your income!
keep on steeming!
