My good friend @intuitivejakob does a DLive on Tuesdays calling it Tarot Tuesday. I try to watch everyone live, but I have two young children which can get in the way. When I watch I sometimes feel the need to roll my AstroDice to connect with the energy from the show.
Here is a link to today’s Tarot Tuesday. That I was able to be at during the live show, and not only watch the show but comment as well.
When @intuitivejakob began pulling cards a question came to me and I rolled the dice. So there are three 12 sided dice 1 that with the planets, including the moon, sun, South Node, and North Node. 1 that is all the zodiac symbols and 1 that is the Houses. The Planets are the What. The Zodiac is the How. The Houses are the Where.
On another note, I also had my Lepidolite/Aquamarine that I was handling with my dice both before I even knew what to ask today. As well as when I was shaking the dice in my hand with the crystal. Though I did not through the crystal with the dice. I felt that it was a part of this reading as well.
So the question that I asked was, What is the message that needs to be heard?
My Planet was Neptune. Per the book that comes with the dice, this is what it says, “Neptune is the name of the god of the Sea, the ruler of an unfathomable, parallel world. If you have thrown Neptune on the dice the issues may not be clear and certainly not down-to-earth. This planet rules dreams and inspirations and energy is both idealistic and intangible. For an artistic or spiritual endeavor Neptune is highly suited, but for a more realistic pursuit, it is suggesting that you must be imaginative and compassionate in your aims. Neptune is too dreamy for concrete results. It may also be suggesting that your situation is unrealistic or too foggy to see clearly at this time. When Neptune appears there is little point in being realistic. It is a time to flow into other realms and dimensions and become artistically inspired. Neptune also rules: Drink & Drugs, Monasteries, Nunneries, Clouds, Mirages, Cinema, Saints, Charities, Smokescreens, Gas & the Pineal Gland in the body. Keywords: Sensitivity, confusion about boundaries, sympathetic, visionary, mediumistic, deeply spiritual. Also deceptive, misuse of drugs and alcohol, easily swayed. Longs to merge with others. Artists, doctors, nurses, musicians, priests, also those addicted to drink and drugs.”
So what I got from this is What is a spiritual endeavor, as this is what I have been working towards. I didn’t feel as though this was connected to not being clear about the situation. I felt that it was strongly connected to with either the pursuit of art or spirituality. This planet is sensitive an not just in a feelings kind of way. The read that I am getting from this is that it is more about people who are sensitive, psychic or a medium or an artist. Almost following ones dreams in these fields. Neptune is great for this and should be looked at for this. It also seemed to connect to what was being said in the Tarot reading, at least to me it resonated.
My Zodiac was Cancer. Per the book that comes with the dice, this is what it says, “Cancer manifests in a sensitive and protective manner. It operates through feelings, intuition, and imagination. It is homely, nostalgic and family oriented. Cancer is a maternal, nourishing and caring energy, and very much in tune with the Moon’s phases. If the dice shows Cancer it may also be referring to the time of year between June 22 and July 22 when the Sun is in cancer - or to a person born during this time. Cancer rules the stomach in the body. Cancer also rules the following places Argentina, Holland. Idaho, New Hampshire. New York City, and Scotland. Keywords: Romantic, emotional. Tenacious and achieves goals in an indirect way, mother-figure, domesticity, caring and nurturing and nourishing.”
For the How being in Cancer, I felt like it fit with the following your gut and using your intuition mixed with your imagination. That these two things together carry you through the What of Neptune in whatever your pursuit is in. I didn’t feel that it had to do with a date or a person. That it was using the two together tuning into the Moon to push forward. Having Neptune and Cancer like this felt like they where two friends happy to see one another. Almost as if the sign of Cancer's tenacious tendencies can help to bring the energy needed to move forward in getting what you want.
My House was the 8th House. Per the book that comes with the dice, this is what it says, “The 8th House is the area that concerns the Deeper Mysteries of life. It deals with the serious fundamental human experiences of birth, sex, death and the hidden secrets of occult study and the after-life. On a more mundane level, the 8th House can also refer to shared resources, inheritances and the money and possessions of others. Keywords: Inheritances, philosophy of life.”
And Lastly for the Where in the 8th House just intensified for me again about my working on pursuits into the Deeper Mysteries. Growing in my own understanding and learning of the philosophy of life. I felt that this is a lot like an amplifier for the Neptune Planet Die. It felt like all three of these dice were very closely connected, building off of one another. So that it made a clear picture for us to understand.
Now I am by no means an expert on these dice at all. I’ve only been working with them for a little while. That being said every reading I’ve done with them seems to hit home with what I am asking of them. For everyone who has tried them out. If my interpretations do not work for you please let me know. I would love to hear your thoughts and know what you feel they may mean.
