This Xmas, I am making a whole bunch of handmade gifts for my family and friends. The whole idea is to make a skin pamper box for the girls and the top items on my list are fizzy bath bombs. Bath bombs make baths smell marvelous, have a calming and relaxing effect on the skin and mind, while the fizz coming from baking soda and citric acid, cleanses and tones the skin.
I hope you will enjoy this tutorial!!

Ingredients:
- 1 part of citric acid
- 3 parts of baking soda
- ½ part of oil - melted coconut oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil, etc. all of them work well. I used sweet almond oil
- Food coloring – optional
- Essence oil - lavender, mint, lemon, orange, mix of essence oils all are marvelous. I used lavender oil in white, orange oil in orange, lemon oil in yellow and spearmint in green.
How to make it:
1. All of the tools must be completely dry or the ingredients will start to dissolve in them.
2. Mix soda, citric acid, oil, essence oil and food coloring
3. The mix should have a consistency of a wet sand if it doesn’t add some more oil. If the mix has not enough of oil he ready bombs will fall apart.
4. When consistency is right, place the mix in the forms and leave for couple of hours or overnight to harden.
