A crochet chevron blanket pattern consists of peaks and valleys. In this pattern, you are working three SC into one stitch to form a peak, and skipping over 2 stitches to form a valley. You will be working 11SC up and down each side. So, understanding this, a chevron pattern can easily be achieved. In my pattern, each peak is a series of 25 stitches. 11on each side of the peak (11 + 11= 22) and three extra stitches at the top (22 + 3 = 25.)
