Hello my brothers and sisters of steemit! I talked a little bit about aircrete and the little dragon foam generator made by domegaia on my podcast yesterday so I thought it might be cool to share a post about the device to show some of its components.

I need to repair one of the wires that connects my on/off switch. This is another lesson learned for me to always make sure to solder my connections.

The foam generator is a fairly simple device but the key component to the system is this metering pump the Aquatec DDP 5800 115V & 1amp which allows for the consistent flow rate for the soap/water to mix with air to generate a foam lather with the consistency of shaving cream.

There is a solenoid valve here where the compressed air flows into the system. It is wired into the switch so air doesn't flow until the switch is flipped.

The system sits on top of a 5gallon bucket lid and a tube is feed through the lid into the soap mixture in the bucket.

Here is the view of that tube which extends to the bottom of the bucket.

An standard AC plug makes the electrical connection which runs the metering pump and triggers the air solenoid. That lower black wire came loose from the switch and I will be soldering both switch connectors so I don't have this problem again.
Do y'all like this information about the little dragon foam generator? Let me know if I should talk more about this in the comments.
Yours in liberty toward a brighter future,
