‘Usman’ landslides leave 9 dead; more than 50K flee floods in Bicol, Eastern Visayas | Inquirer News

I never expected this typhoon would be mean, but it just devastated a lot of places. There might not be strong winds but the floods damaged a lot of properties and livelihood. Praying everyone are safe, and for those badly affected especially those whose family member died from the floodings.
