Putting people and planet at the heart of global value creation. If we are to have a sustainable future, that is a future, then it's clear we will need a healthy environment and a healthy society. We are already discovering that sustainable practice, environmentally and socially beneficial strategies, are considerably economically smarter than our current approach. It follows that strategies to monetise that economic advantage could become an economic juggernaut of change. One possible path would be the creation of environmentally and socially beneficial housing development models of which there are none available to the mainstream. We have the accumulated knowledge to create them, it just needs the entrepreneurial smarts to do it. Such an endeavour could well offer the most attractive, affordable and prosperous development models on the planet and, consequently, a massive growth rate, therefore astronomical returns for the entrepreneurs who undertake it. It could be a good job for young Harry.
