Why would Giuliani even think that Bolton would speak to him? He’s not in his chain of leadership - complaining to Pompeo was the correct thing to do. I think the Impeachment vote was a farce. No witnesses and no documents. Now Trump will ramp up because he’ll think he’s been vindicated. The Republicans have given him encouragement to act against Iran.
