Lawmakers in the U.K. will now vote on Boris Johnson’s Brexit agreement in a special sitting on Saturday.
The prime minister needs support from outside his own party to get the vote to pass. Sterling has risen sharply in the days following Europe’s agreement to Johnson’s proposal.
