I just made this and creamy dressing recipe is amazing. I substituted greek yogurt and some milk for the sour cream (I'm weird in that I like a thinner dressing). However, the dressing portion is a bit too much. I used farfalle pasta instead of elbows and followed the recipe for 12 servings which calls for 3 cups of elbow macaroni. I am now cooking another 2 cups of pasta to add to my salad.
