There is am issue here in the Philippines regarding a congressman who bad-mouthed airport personnel when he refused to remove his shoes during inspection before he's given access for his flight. He received bashing online, and he apologized and reasoned he's undergoing annual monthly period. Yes, his statement is confusing he stated about annual and monthly.
