The sequel of Top Gun is long overdue. It took more than 30 years for a sequel. Would it be a hit? We cannot say because fans of the original version may be old. They should focus on introducing the movie to younger generation which where the Independence Day movie had failed on its sequel which took two decades for the sequel to arrive.
