Almost 300 scientific research laboratories in Portugal are to receive a total of about €400 million between 2020 and 2023 The financing of the research and development units for the next four years, which excludes state laboratories, stemmed from the assessment into the institutions, in a process initiated by the Foundation for Science and Technology FCT in 2017 and partially concluded with the disclosure of the provisional results on Tuesday.
