How many times does a government try to regulate and impose itself on the economy... and fail at doing it until they understand that regulating the economy and private activity with law doesn't help anyone or improve the situation? Especially with the current state of the economy, they now try to attempt to fuck people with fees, thankfully the Venezuelan government doesn't have even 1% of the required resources to actually impose these fees since only a minority of people use the "official" means of exchanging crypto currency, the rest of us still use local bitcoins and they will never be able to regulate that.
