I saw this book from our shelves while looking for a book for my entry to the contest... It is a german book entitled
GESTALTEN DER WELTGESCHICHTE that literally means Shape of World History, Contemporary miniatures of famous people from four centuries. It is published in Scrapbook Style, like a cardboard picture book. The style of the book is very unique where the image of each famous person was printed in a cardboard form and pasted to each of the pages in description.

The letters and the round image in the middle was embossed in gold color.... I treasure the book because it is very old book published in 1936 and the story of these people were nicely written by the author.
