Just weeks ago the Jack Russell was facing almost certain death, abandoned by dog traders who thought that a misaligned jaw would mean that he would never find a home. But now the puppy is about to take up residence in one of the most famous addresses in the world as it is adopted by Boris Johnson and Carrie Symonds and moves into Downing Street
