The question I haven't heard any of these TV analysts discuss, is why announced this decision before a major competition if is not to undermine man City? They could have waited until man city was out of the champion league or the league was over hence the punishments start next year. Why now? it is obvious, it was meant to undermine city players, managers and fans confidence and give real a leg up.
