I listened to the song, and so far, it is one of her best song since Prism. Singles from her Witness album aren't just great. It seems she is coming back to her old sound with new twists. Of course, this was produced by Zedd, and I admit, I don't like their previous collaboration 365. It's like that song almost doesn't have the melody. This new song Never Really Over is her most melodic song since This is How We Do.
