Some may say vaping is safe, others even say it's healthy, but I absolutely doubt it. Here in the Philippines, vaping quickly became popular especially to young ones. I've seen high school students vaping. I don't see any strict regulation made regarding vaping and I guess it's about time that our national government to take action just like in New Zealand.
