There good laws and bad laws. Even though this unjust and crooked law stands framed by our constituents assembly it is bound to fail the test of time and be branded illegal and void. It is lacking in application of mind and principles of natural justice. It is totally lacking in the principles of equality, fraternity and secularism. The Indian democratic fabric will uncover and expose the vile idea embodied in the Act.
