I have seen quite a few hit prices on the ICMI. But this is one worse. As Alison pointed out: word salat at its best.
And of course full of lies. Including the most devious of all lies: Leaving out the “We fight against” in a quote. Here's the full quote with the part left out marked with strikeout.

It's clear that the ICMI want to fights the trend quoted and in no way supports it.
“That doesn't mean they won't be opposed however.”
I heard from attendees that there were no protests at all. Even with all those lies they could not motivate anyone to turn up. Those guys totally lost it.
