A startup from the United States named CNEX Labs accused a Huawei executive of being involved in the theft of company secrets.
Huawei and CNEX are currently at loggerheads at Meja Hijau regarding this matter. CNEX, which is an electronic startup, was founded by former Huawei employees.
In the ongoing trial, CNEX accused Eric Xu of being involved in the conspiracy. Xu himself is one of the Huawei executives who was once the chairman of the Chinese company.
