It is a great blessing to see news of a new way kindling in the west coast of Turtle Island.
To me family is everything. Children. Grandmothers. These are our foundations built among the land, trees, waters, animals, rocks and wind.
We need to do everything we can to maintain the sacredness of these things.
I have found a very special connection to these lands of the west coast of this region.
