Guided Healing Meditation - Inner Power Hour - #2a

Hey Steem Fam,

As I explained in the Introduction to this "Inner Power Hour" guided meditation sub-series, I began facilitating these group IPH guided meditations back in December 2008.

The "Inner Power Hour" was a monthly program at my online spiritual retreats membership website.

I continued facilitating these Cosmic Spiritual Healing Guided Meditations every month up until August 2013.

I have never shared any of the full recordings of these guided meditations outside the walls of my memberships before.

But the Steemit platform has become an online home and it's where I now host my "Angela's Voice" blog.

Over the weekend I realized I'd like to share a few of these monthly guided meditations here. So I'm starting with this very first one in a brand new sub-series to my Guided Healing Meditation main series.

I dedicate this "Inner Power Hour" Guided Meditation sub-series to both @BrianCourteau and @LynnCoyle1.

Their love and courage and determination to squeeze the last drops of joy, peace, love and precious memories together as they live with Brian's cancer, is inspiring.

They have inspired me to heal my own residual pain and loss over my father's passing on July 2014 followed by my sister Jackie's passing on Thanksgiving morning, 2016.

I shut down progressively after they left and have been fighting to reclaim my own life, health and happiness this year, after a harrowing hospital experience and long recovery last year, 2017.

Thank you for fighting so much for your life and happiness and time with your love, Brian.

Thank you for allowing and sharing Brian's fight to stay with you as long as he can and for caring so diligently and courageously for Brian, Lynn.

You both inspire and uplift me beyond words.

And this helped push me over the line. I'm now ready to restart facilitating my "Inner Power Hour"* Cosmic Spiritual Healing Guided Meditations again, beginning this coming Sunday, Mother's Day, May 13, 2018.

I didn't realize Sunday was Mother's Day when I decided earlier in the week and I just now realized it will be the 13th as I typed out the above.

All I knew was that I've always facilitated the IPH on the second Sunday of each month, month after month during the period mentioned above.

Synchronicity?

I usually opened up the Mother's Day meditation as a Gift meditation for anyone online who wanted to attend via telephone call.

And I was born on the 13th of March. Thirteen is the number of transformation.

So interesting that this coming Sunday is the second Sunday of May, will be Mother's Day and also falls on the 13th.

Amazing!!!

There is a full version of this particular meditation that includes the Prayer Request section I usually have at the beginning of each session, prior to starting the meditation.

It allowed the prayers of participants to be the focus of the healing energy being transmitted by all the Amethyst, Blue Lightning and Golden Healing Angels, the Ascended and Galactic Masters and all other Cosmic Friends present at each "Inner Power Hour" Cosmic Spiritual Healing Guided Meditation call.

There was also always a section after the meditation for commentary, questions and answers, mini-tutorials and general feedback.

I don't remember ever posting the full audio that included all the above in the members area, even for the monthly paying IPH members. And I certainly never posted it anywhere else online.

I keep getting to post it here though. But I resist. I'm not sure whether I will.

I'll either post the whole recording or excerpt two specific sections on writing Morning Pages journal mini-tutorial and an integration of the Divine Self/I Am Presence and Soul Self run through that I did during the conversation after the guided meditation.

For now, this is the complete guided meditation that was done for the very first time for that specific "Inner Power Hour" program on December 14, 2008.
