Really interesting concept. One concern about reward distribution though is the potential dlive upvote. Since the 24 hour livestream will only record upvotes from any account once, it's all about timing, not necessarily what was on the stream (in my opinion). DLive for instance is likely to upvote this if it takes off. But I imagine they'll be upvoting to support the entire idea behind it, not just the specific thing streaming. Which would put a huge incentive to being the content within the first 2 hours of a stream, as that's when the majority of upvotes (of value) will be likely to occur, including dlive.

Not sure how to solve for that, which is not helpful I know. lol. But maybe there's an instruction for upvoters that if they want 100% of their vote to go to what was onscreen at that moment, then they should comment at the same time...a bit messy, but solidifies the intent. Otherwise it's an even distribution based on length of content. You could also do donations and attribute that to the individual segments.
