The case of Rafonix and Kuracyia is continuing, recently on the site wykop.pl posted an entry by kuracyje that he filed a notice to the prosecutor's office as we can guess the report concerns a case from weeks ago, where Rafonix together with two colleagues found a person responsible for disclosing the address and photos made from hiding, after which Rafonix struck from the open hand Kuracyje. Kuracki's behavior is so strange that he immediately thanked Rafonix for the whole action, that he hit him, so what could have changed his decision so suddenly? I suspect that, under the pressure of colleagues from the excavation and OMZRiK, he decided to go to the prosecutor's office and file a report on Rafonix, at the same time exposing himself to the legal consequences of article 190a of the KK talking about stalking ...
Sprawa Rafonixa oraz Kuracyii ma ciąg dalszy, ostatnio na stronie wykop.pl został opublikowany wpis przez kuracyje, że ten złożył zawiadomienie do prokuratury jak możemy się domyślać doniesienie dotyczy sprawy sprzed tygodnie, gdzie Rafonix wraz z dwoma kolegami odnaleźli osobę odpowiedzialną za ujawnienie adresu oraz zdjęcia robione z ukrycia po czym Rafonix uderzył z otwartej ręki Kuracyje. Postępowanie Kuracyji jest o tyle dziwne, że ten zaraz po całej akcji wręcz dziękował Rafonixowi za to że ten go uderzył, więc co mogło tak nagle zmienić decyzję? Podejrzewam, że pod naciskiem kolegów z wykopu oraz OMZRiK ten postanowił jednak udać się do prokuratury i złożyć donos na Rafonixa, jednocześnie narażają siebie na konsekwencję prawne z artykułu 190a KK mówiący o stalkingu...
