Why am I posting this?
To give an insight into drug addiction
Sydnee Marie is addicted to heroin. She is my step child and I love her. Every so often she will come home for a night or two when things get bad. Sydnee agreed to let me video and interview her after shooting up.
I am noticeably agitated. It gets frustrating trying to understand why someone would throw their life away just to get high. I will always encourage her with love and hope for the best.
My wife has done just about everything humanly possible to try and get her straight. We take the tough love approach. If she would go to a rehab program and stay off the hard drugs, she could stay and we would help her. But her choice so far is to go back on the streets
