300 ABS for 10 DAYS!
You can do any combination of abs (must be completed within 2 hours) and if you skip a day, you start over! 300 for those Spartan abs!
I was inspired by some of the instructors there at the studio. They held themselves accountable by making a little chart and "X"ing each of the days, and their before and after photos were awesome. I'm not usually one to really join or finish these types of challenges, but once I got started, I realized it only takes 10-15 minutes out of your day.
The really cool thing was that on day 8, I went to open pole and decided to revisit a few combos that I had struggled with from the previous months. Boy, was I SO SURPRISED. I'm convinced that the ab workout made everything a lot easier. Some tricks that I couldn't hit before came easily. I guess core strength is pretty important.
Since then, I have convinced my sister and a couple of my friends to join me in this ab challenge because... THE RESULTS ARE REAL!
My friend said she will do 300 abs x forever, but we will see about that. :P I'm liking the added strength so much for my poling that I too have continued past the 10 days. I am on day 15. :) JOIN ME STEEMIANS!
